Dixon Pharmaceuticals UK Ltd, a well-established pharmaceutical business based in Ashby de la Zouch, sought assistance from Infuse in upgrading their IT systems.
The company was a growing business, that is continuing to grow, which required a fully managed IT provider. Their previous singular IT support could no longer support their business’s 26 team members.
We implemented many services to aid the company’s IT support. A big change for the company was the implementation of Azure Sage 200, cloud-based servers which Sage 200 host for the client, enabling the client to have no servers on site.
The client was provided our Infuse Protection, which consists of web protection, email protection, EDR Protection, 365 Backup for Sharepoint, Teams, One Drive and Exchange, and Patch Management, to increase security around the company’s data and protect it from both cyber criminals and accidental loss.
The client also benefitted from our speedy, fully managed IT services, including support for the end users from our helpdesk, as well as an agent monitoring their devices and services around the clock to report any faults or predict failures.
Adobe Licenses and Office365 licenses were supplied to the company and will continue to be managed by us going forward.
Since upgrading to the services provided by Infuse, Dixon’s Pharmaceuticals have also achieved the Cyber Security Essentials certification from Censor Security.
In summary, our client is now fully cloud-based. The short-term investment required to transition to the cloud will reduce the company’s hardware costs in the long-term.
“With the important decision made to migrate fully to the cloud and retire our on-site servers, we were looking for a company offering both remote and onsite support. Our existing IT provider could only offer remote support and there was normally a lead time to receive onsite support. With such a major change to our IT structure, we approached Infuse Technology. Infuse planned and carried out the migration to the cloud for our Ashby premises. As well as handling all aspects of the migration with expertise and professionalism, the team were always on hand to answer queries or technical problems that came up during the migration. I would strongly recommend their services to any business looking for either onsite or remote support as they are a reliable IT provider.” – Austin Chambers, Dixons Pharmaceuticals UK Ltd
Lucy Gigg, Rob Marshall and Jordan James were the key members from the Infuse team that aided the client with their IT solutions. Lucy commented on the results for Dixons: “It was a pleasure to provide Dixons with a fully inclusive service from Infuse. Going completely cloud based has made it easier for us to support the client going forward and for the client to operate more efficiently on a day-to-day basis.”
