To schedule breaks between your meetings:

  1. In Outlook select File > Options from the pane on the left..
  2. Click Calendar > Events and invitations.
  3. Tick the “Shorten duration of all events” box, and customise whether you’d like your meetings to start later, or end earlier. The new function also allows you to customise break lengths for different meeting durations. Click Save to apply your new settings.
