Alex began her career in IT through an apprenticeship at ArdenIT, a managed service provider where she spent 18 months developing a broad set of technical skills. During her time there, she worked across a diverse range of clients, gaining hands-on experience both on-site and in office environments. Alongside her apprenticeship, she also achieved her CompTIA A+ certification, cementing her foundation in IT support.
Outside of work, Alex is an avid gamer and enjoys getting out into the great outdoors for hikes. She has a passion for trance music and enjoys attending raves in her spare time.
Zak brings several years of IT experience to the team, having worked across two managed service providers. He completed his IT Apprenticeship at L.E.A.D IT Services, where he spent four years building his expertise. He then ventured into self-employment, running his own marketing agency, before joining Interactive Data Technology for just over a year. It's a background that gives him a unique blend of technical know-how and business acumen.
He joined Infuse with a clear goal in mind: to find a team he enjoys working with, one that will support his professional growth and open doors to exciting opportunities ahead.
When he's not in the office, Zak is likely at the gym, out on a run, or playing football. He also enjoys walking his Labrador and unwinding with the occasional video game.
